We are a dedicated and passionate team specializing in vacation rentals and helping owners unlock the full potential of their properties.
Our adventure began in the beautiful Bernese Oberland, where we purchased our first vacation apartment. Today, we manage four of our own apartments. In addition, we manage and market apartments entrusted to us by their owners.

Our vision is to create unforgettable vacation experiences in Switzerland by offering high-quality, well-equipped vacation rentals.
At the same time, we want to offer owners a stress-free way to profitably rent out their properties without having to worry about the daily challenges of management. We strive to maximize the value of each property by, for example, having our data scientists analyze prices and dynamically adjust them daily.
What we do
Own Holiday Apartments
We own and rent out holiday apartments, which we have furnished with great attention to detail to guarantee our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay. This helps us gain firsthand experience and understand what motivates owners and what kind of experience they have.
Renting Out Rented Properties
Some of our apartments are rented out to vacationers. This ensures that more people have the opportunity to experience the beauty of Switzerland.
Property Management for Owners
We offer comprehensive services for owners who prefer not to rent out their holiday apartments themselves. From marketing and booking management to guest services and, of course, cleaning – we take care of everything.
Flexibility for Owners
Do you have a holiday apartment that you only use occasionally? Instead of selling it, you can let us manage the rentals for you while retaining the freedom to use it yourself whenever you like.
