Our goal is to make your property bookable as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. On average, it takes about 10 to 14 days from the initial contact to the listing going live. This timeline includes:
Day 1–2: Your inquiry and a detailed initial consultation, during which we discuss your wishes, target audience, and the unique features of your property.
Day 3–5: Property inspection with a detailed checklist (amenities, safety standards, special features such as pet-friendliness or accessibility).
Day 5–7: Professional photo shoot, including home staging if needed. Small adjustments, such as decoration or furniture optimization, can be made on-site.
Day 7–10: Listing creation with compelling copy, translations for international guests, and professional price management.
Day 10–14: Publication on all relevant platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, FeWo-direkt, etc.) and calendar synchronization so that bookings can start coming in.
If you already have high-quality photos or listings, this process can be significantly shortened. In some cases, properties can go live within just one week.
Your presence is not required. Many of our clients are busy with work or do not live near their property. In these cases, we can handle the inspection independently, as long as access is arranged (e.g., key handover, key safe, or property management).
During the inspection, we focus on the following points:
General amenities: kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, Wi-Fi, appliances.
Safety standards: smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit, emergency contacts.
Maintenance & condition: functionality of appliances, cleanliness, minor repairs.
Presentation: optimization opportunities for the upcoming photo shoot (e.g., lighting, furniture arrangement, decoration).
This ensures that your property not only meets legal requirements but also exceeds guest expectations.
We list your property on leading international platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, FeWo-direkt, and, if desired, on smaller, specialized portals. This allows us to reach both international travelers and local guests.
To avoid double bookings, we use a professional channel management system that synchronizes availability across all platforms in real time. This means:
As soon as a booking is made on one platform, all other portals are automatically updated.
Blocked dates (e.g., if you want to use your property yourself) are immediately transferred as well.
Calendar synchronization happens around the clock—even at night or on holidays.
