Davos is in highest demand in winter, with the WEF in January and the Spengler Cup at the end of the year as highlights, and in summer hikers, bikers and congress guests come. As a holiday apartment management company, we let and manage apartments here on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms. Our own housekeeper is based directly in Davos, and we take care of each individual guest registration for you.

What we take care of for you in Davos

You decide about your apartment and the times you stay there yourself. We take care of the rest:

  • Listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms, with professional photos and the registration number that Davos requires in every listing

  • Prices that dynamic pricing software and our pricing experts continuously align with demand, season and events such as the WEF and the Spengler Cup

  • Guest support around the clock, cleaning by our housekeeper on site

  • Registering every guest with the destination within 24 hours and settling the guest tax

  • An owner portal with bookings and income, plus a monthly statement and payout

We agree a percentage commission, calculated on the net rental income after platform fees. You will receive the exact terms with your personal quote.

Demand in Davos: strong in winter, with events throughout the year

According to the federal hotel statistics, hotels in Davos recorded more than 810,000 overnight stays in 2025. Rooms were best occupied in February at 65 percent, in December at 64 and in January at 60 percent, and in summer in August at 55 percent. April and November are quiet, at 31 and 22 percent.

For your holiday apartment, this means: the winter months and the big events bring the highest prices, and summer a second season. We adjust prices continuously instead of working with a fixed annual price.
